Letters of Support, anything else?
Make sure you register with your University panhellenic in order to be permitted to go through formal recruitment.
RIFs can be completed by any Kappa alumna member in good standing.
RIFs are submitted electronically and the information to be provided to the RIF writer includes a photo, a resume, a transcript and a copy of college entrance test scores. Once submitted the RIF will be automatically emailed to the chapter.
Send RIFs as early as possible. Some chapters may have a deadline for receipt of RIFs. Please visit the chapter website for more information.
Letters of Support are not required. However, some chapters still want to receive them and are listed below.
When in doubt about submitting a Letter of Support just simply complete the Potential New Member Contact Information and High School section. Then drop down and complete the Qualifications and Helpful Information for Recruitment sections. Be sure complete the Endorsement section followed by hitting the submit button.
The following chapters have indicated they would like one (1) Letter of Support submitted through our online reference system:
Beta Pi - University of Washington
Beta Theta - University of Oklahoma
Delta Pi - University of Tulsa
Delta Rho - University of Mississippi
Delta Sigma - Oklahoma State University (please mail to the chapter)
Gamma Nu - University of Arkansas - you may email the membership chair, mail a letter or complete the online reference form with focus on the comment sections.
