Guide us toward a potential Kappa

We want to know if there’s an outstanding woman who would make a great Kappa. Tell us about her by using Kappa’s online reference system. Only members of Kappa Kappa Gamma may submit a reference. If you are an undergraduate member, your reference must be for a potential new member at a different school than where you attend.

To submit a reference visit www.kappa.org/references and log in. The online system submits references directly to the Membership Team.

We appreciate your help in building the future of Kappa.

Do you know a potential new member?  You will need the following information to use Kappa's online reference system:  

• First and last name/preferred name 
• College attending
• Home/cell number
• Name of parents or guardian
• Home address/city/state/zip
• High School name/city/state/zip
• Graduation year
• Class size/rank
• Cumulative GPA/GPA scale
• ACT/SAT scores
• Legacy or Kappa relative information
• Other NPC affiliations
• One digital picture (JPEG or PNG file)

Did you know our reference form also ask for the following?

• Facebook/Twitter/Linkedin/Blog
• Academic honors/Community service/Leadership positions/Sports/Other 
• Friends attending same university
• Suggested topics of conversation during recruitment

Above all she must register with her collegiate Panhellenic association, this includes a fee!  She will need to keep a copy of her receipt showing she is registered and has paid the fee.  In some cases PNM have been asked to provide this upon check-in for recruitment.
